Returns are accepted only after approval by our customer support team. To start a return, contact us at wonderuplift@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of delivery.


Eligible returns: Un-used, unopened items in their original packaging.

Defective/damaged items: Claims must include proper verification (photos/videos). Unverified claims will not be accepted. Claims filed after 14 calendar days of delivery will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide a return label or pay for return shipping. Use a trackable shipping service and email us the return receipt.

Items altered after delivery or returned without original packaging are not eligible for return.


Non-returnable items include:

Items bought with gift cards or store credits



Change of mind is not an acceptable reason for a return/refund.


Cancellations/changes are accepted within 60 minutes of placing an order (if not yet shipped). Once dispatched and a tracking number is assigned, cancellation is not possible.


Products purchased at a discount of 15% or more are only eligible for store credit, not refunds.


Refunds/store credit will be processed within 30 days after we receive the returned item.


Refunds are always issued to the original payment method (PayPal refunds go to PayPal; credit card refunds go back to the same card). Account detail changes are not accepted.


Items returned outside of policy guidelines or ineligible for return will be discarded without a refund/store credit.

Processing time: 2–3 business days for order verification, quality check, and packaging.


Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 7–10 business days (varies by country/region).


Sometimes, we may split your order into multiple shipments to ensure faster delivery. You will be notified and provided with separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


While we ensure the best product quality and packaging, please note that logistic companies handle the shipping, and we cannot guarantee completely undamaged packaging. Claims for packaging only are not accepted. However, if the product itself is received damaged, please contact us for assistance.


All custom duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are imposed by your country’s border agencies and are non-refundable.

If the courier marks the package as “delivered” but you did not receive it, it will not be considered lost. In such cases, you must file a claim directly with the courier.
